Shipping Policy and FAQs

All orders are processed and shipped between 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or personalized orders may require 5–7 business days for processing.

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping that usually takes around 3–7 business days via USPS/FedEx/UPS (depending on location).

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (depending on your location). If expedited shipping is selected and your order is delayed due to carrier-related issues (such as USPS or FedEx delays), we will gladly refund the expedited shipping cost.

At the moment, we are unable to ship internationally from our main website unless you purchase your pendant from our 1st Dibs page. If you do not see your pendant on our 1st Dibs page, please reach out so we can work with you about purchasing your pendant. The price for the pendants are the same on both websites.

If your pendant is lost in transit by USPS or FedEx, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim with the carrier has been approved. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can begin the claims process, and we appreciate your patience while the claim is being resolved.

If your pendant does not meet your expectations upon arrival, or in the rare event it arrives damaged, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Each piece is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery.

We kindly ask that you contact us in advance of your return so we may assist you and prepare for its arrival. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow time for us to thoughtfully process your return, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After this window, we may not be able to stop shipping, but you may return the item following our return policy. We ask that you email us to let us know you will be canceling your order, and we will provide a return label.
