Ilias Lalaounis Vintage (Circa 1970’s) 18k Yellow Gold Diamond Ring, 0.85cts. Gorgeous ram’s head with beautiful detail in the ram’s head and horns, diamond in each eye and six 4-prong set diamonds down the front of the ram’s head spiraling to a scalloped band. Total weight of ring is 25.4 grams.

The ring has been cleaned, lightly polished and diamonds have all been checked. This unique and rare ring is in excellent vintage condition.
